Electric low-temperature regulating valves

2025 06/03

Electric low-temperature regulating valves are designed specifically for extreme low-temperature environments and are core control equipment in fields such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) and cryogenic chemicals. The valve is powered by an electric actuator and achieves remote precise control by receiving 4-20mA standard signals. With the help of an intelligent positioning system, the adjustment accuracy can reach ± 0.5%. The valve body is made of low-temperature resistant austenitic stainless steel (such as 304L, 316L) or nickel based alloy. After deep cryogenic treatment, it maintains excellent strength and toughness even in ultra-low temperature environments of -196 ℃; The sealing components are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or low-temperature rubber material to ensure zero leakage. The unique elongated valve stem design effectively blocks low-temperature transmission and prevents the actuator from freezing and failing; The double-layer packing box structure enhances the sealing performance and avoids the loss of cooling capacity. With the advantages of fast response, low energy consumption, and high reliability, electric low-temperature regulating valves are widely used in the gasification process of LNG receiving stations and liquid nitrogen transportation systems, providing stable guarantees for the flow and pressure regulation of low-temperature fluids, and assisting in safe production and efficient operation under extreme working conditions.
